Our Wedding

Karl and Liz provided music for our wedding on Saturday.
Firstly, we loved the concept of planning our event, making it personal for us, via the online portal.

They were prompt and professional.

Our guests had the best time on the dance floor. All our favourite tunes were played as requested. We couldn’t ask for more.

We can’t recommend them enough, especially if you want a personal touch to your special occasion.

One star because I have to. Avoid

After finding the most beautiful dresses on this company’s website. I placed an order for 5 bridesmaid dresses, included 2 custom
made ones & a couple of smaller accessories. Total cost = £392.99
Order arrived last week. None of the dresses, except one fit- with measurements that don’t correspond with what they state. I contacted the company and was informed that I can return but will only receive a refund of 70% of what I paid for the dresses. I would lose my delivery fee, and face paying p&p costs to send back to China- which would leave me with barely any refund back.
I have informed them of UK legislation in which what they are doing is against my consumer rights. I have also explained that I am willing to pursue the matter at a small claims court, and escalate to trading standards for breech of legislation. I am waiting for a response to this.

Please don’t buy from this company as they will scam you if you need to return the item- even if it is their fault. What they are doing is illegal, and morally wrong. They clearly hope you’re ill informed of the law and will give up trying to pursue a refund, and bank your hard earned money for supplying items which are not sold as advertised. I’ll keep you updated on the outcome.

Returns not easy, and extremely costly- STAY AWAY

Absolutely awful treatment of my fiancée. She purchased 5 bridesmaid dresses, 4 of which do not correspond with the measurements stated. I, myself have measured them. This company have an absurd, rather shady returns policy which they deem to be acceptable. They don't inform you within that policy that you must return items to China at your own significant cost (even if due to their error). You can only ever recover a maximum of 90% of the original cost and that’s if they deem this acceptable after the return. Again, this is irrespective of if they are at fault. They make it damn near impossible to return items and then you will recover hardly any cost- if you’re lucky.
Communication is awful. The average email is one per 24 hours- in which they state different things.
We will continue to make everyone aware of this company, and leave honest reviews.
