Woeful customer service

Woeful customer service. I ordered a backpack from them online and received no confirmation or communication for days. Luckily I had screenshot the order number. Emailed and some time later finally received confirmation the item had shipped.

I have no returned the bag to Osprey as it was no good. I had to pay for the return. I tracked the return and can see that it has been returned almost 3 days ago. No confirmation of receipt from Osprey and now when I search my order number it says it does not exist.
No response from customer service. No number to call on. No online chat.
Website says "pack experts available online" but there is no option to chat to anyone anywhere.

A HASSLE FREE CLAIM

My bike was stolen from my flats and I was supported by Connor through the claims process, who was quick to respond and was very clear in his communication.
It was a very straightforward process - I had to send some evidence of purchase, evidence of lock used, police report and a couple of photos.
After having difficulties with another insurance company previously, it was such a refreshing and reassuring experience dealing with Connor and Yellow Jersey.

Highly recommend you use them for your bike insurance. As long as your follow the policy terms and conditions you will be completely fun.

Wonderful Support

I contacted Sage asking for some help with a product. I was lucky enough to be helped by Walter from the support team. He went above and beyond any support that I thought I would receive. I could not recommend Sage and their wonderful staff enough.

Disgusting Company

Honestly don’t bother with this company.
After not receiving my orders (having paid one normal shipping and one express) I emailed them to have the orders cancelled, with separate emails for separate order numbers.
They replied a day later for the item that was paid express postage (3 days after ordering) to state it had just been shipped and therefore couldn’t cancel the order, whilst completely ignoring the second email about the other items. I waited a couple of days and sent another email again asking for the order to be cancelled, which they ignored again and only replied 2 days later to say the item had just been shipped and that I couldn’t cancel the order.

Honestly. Don’t waste your time with this company. The products I received could have been made by a 2 year old. Poor quality.
And dirty customer service practices.
Give your money to a company who deserve it.
