Driver super polite and personable

Tracking info was great. Parcel was delivered within scheduled time & driver very courteous

Cardboard box left on wet mud and in pouring rain so contents inside got water damaged.
On plus side, driver obviously made effort to conceal parcel but bit of common sense from courier company would have meant a positive review. Offer a re-delivery if customer not going to be at home would be my suggestion.
Another plus for company was that they delivered parcel very promptly considering time of year.

So far so good! I chose 12 bottles of red wine for a Christmas present for my husband. He really appreciated that I had chosen what I thought he would like rather than the usual supermarket pricier & more hit & miss in terms of taste and quality. So nice to be able to select on basis of much more information on the wines than you might otherwise get. Delivered very well packaged so no danger of any damage. I would definitely use this wine merchants again, thank you.

Absolutely perfect. I don’t buy a lot of meat or poultry and always look to buy & eat free range & Pipers Farm has really met my expectations. The quality was fantastic, I had turkey breast and a piece of rib together with pigs in blankets, bacon and pork sausage meat to add to my stuffing and some cheese which comes from a supplier I know well. We had an excellent Christmas dinner and Boxing Day lunch. Delivered on time and packaged well. I cannot recommended pipers farm highly enough, great service, great produce, thank you.

Delivery within hourly slot given. Driver posted update of delivery promptly & actual package undamaged.
