i was involved with 2 staff members at Octopus, Edna and a guy whose name i've forgottong, sorry,
with 2 issues 1) because i'm not technologically savvy,2) there was an issue arrising from my previous Utility company. in both cases, ( since december to feb) , both named members of staff grabbed my problem and refused to let go until it was solved. Thank you Octopus!

thank you for sending me the most apt 'welcome to your new home' card,

the pidgeon is much easier than the snail mail. i still sometimes. find the ordering difficult. i wish there weren't any rude cards. i love the way i'm reminded of birthdays etc

when i was bad with chronic fatigue, i would take one of these capsules, and it enabled my arms and legs to move again.
There are other brands which are more expensive or promise speedy results, i've tried loads of makes, but this is the only one i've known to definately work for me .
Try it when you're really, really tired.

hi i've been using master clip clippers on my labrador, and spaniel for years.

of course i'm not as quick or as neat as a full time groomer, but the difference trimming makes to our lives is immense.

The team were really helpful when i needed to know what size F corresponced to the size blade for my labrador.

For the spaniel it was simplicity itself ordering as they have as set for spaniels specifically.

i would recommend that if you are new to masterclippers, watch and practice changing the blade before you start on the dog clipping.

Would also recommend the curved scissors from masterclip for spaniels. And a means of keeping the dog smooth and blades cool, such as a flannel dipped in hair conditioner solution between swipes, or better still , the blade cooling spray.
And be patient : Rome wasn't built in a day, and learning to clip your dog takes a while.
