I've used women's best since they very first opened business and I've only had one bad experience with them which was eventually sorted out. Their customer care can be slow tedious when an issue arises but their products are brilliant and for that reason I continue to use them.

We had an amazing 5* experience for our babydate scan hence why we booked in for our surprise gender scan at the Leeds clinic. The sonographer was lovely however she let slip that she was "pretty sure its a girl" after handing the sealed envelope as we were leaving and chatting away with her. Most likely a genuine slip up but it really ruined it for us as we wanted to find out with our family & kids together.

My partner and I attended for our baby-date scan after discovering he wouldn't be able to be at my NHS scan due to covid-19. Ultrasound Direct was easy for us to find, a nice clean and inviting clinic. Both the lady on the reception desk and our sonographer were such lovely women and really added to our experience of seeing our bean for the first time beautiful. We'll definitely book in for our gender scan in a few weeks time, thank you ladies!
