Can’t give a lower score than that

Can’t give a lower score than that. These scum have started chasing me for an unpaid Sky account. I don’t have a Sky account. Impossible to contact them without confirming details or using their “customer portal”. Thereby accepting liability. Live chat is a waste of space. They just terminate you mid conversation if they disagree with what you say.

Absolute waste of space

Absolute waste of space. Tried to report a stolen motorcycle. Was in a garage for repair and now the garage and the owner has disappeared off the face of the earth along with my motorcycle.

Police were not interested and wouldn’t even take a report. Told me to contact trading standards.

Waste of time, tax payers money and oxygen

Review of Tesco

Character slur by your ai

What exactly are you trying to say Tesco? I’m a regular user of the scan and go service at my local Tesco. Now I appreciate there are people who try and buck the system, but yet again I was “selected” for a basket check.

It seems like every time now. 3 times in the last 4 visits!!

Never anything wrong or miss scanned, just hassle and time.

What are you accusing me of Tesco???

It’s not as if it’s random because it is all linked to your club card.

Next time you can check it as you are putting it back on the shelf whilst I take my custom elsewhere!!

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover

Only interested in the money, patrol couldn't be bothered

If I could give zero stars then I would.

My car cut out 25 miles from home. My membership had lapsed recently after an initial free membership from a car dealer.

So rang them up and fair play I had to pay a call out and sign up for membership. (Something I was planning on doing anyway)

So having extracted £100+ off me I was told that someone would be with me in 1 to 2 hours. This was 16.30
I kept getting messages saying the patrol was delayed and the eta kept getting put back

Eventually a patrol turns up. This must have been about 20.30ish. I explain the symptoms and he takes a look and plugs his computer thingy in. Fuel was suspected since I had only had a service the day before. So he takes the fuel filter apart, fiddles with it and puts it back together incorrectly (I only found this out the next day)

He then says his computer says the fuel rail has failed. No, air was getting into an already air locked fuel system because you put the filter back together wrong.

I was told they would tow me to the nearest garage. (Now this was on a Saturday night 25 miles from home) They refused to tow me home unless I paid out more money (which I hadn't got) but only to the nearest garage which was in the middle of nowhere with no public transport nearby. Yet this is where they wanted to dump me at 9.30pm on a Saturday night.

After arguing that this was not acceptable, he just got back into his van leaving me and my car stranded and out of pocket. I was not even able to get home because of a rail strike

As a footnote, all that was needed was for the fuel system to be bled (diesel) once the filter was reassembled correctly. This was done the next day by myself and a friend after he towed me back to his house 2 untrained lorry drivers managed to do what a trained operative couldn't. Or more likely couldn't be bothered to do at 9pm on a Friday night.

I still get letters from them saying "Would you like to rejoin?" No I wouldn't!!!

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided, we hope you raised your concerns with the team so they could look into the breakdown. Regarding the recovery, if you took Raodside only it will be to a local garage or destination of your choice whichever is nearer. To have the option of a recovery home it would have needed the National Recovery upgrading.

Beware!!

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these clowns. They've only got 1 star because I can't rate them a zero.

I had a breakdown with my van. I could not turn the ignition key to start it. The operator put it down as "vehicle won't start" take note of that wording.

Now fair play, the mechanic came out and fixed the problem by cleaning some gunk out of the key slot so the key would go all the way in and turn.

2 weeks later, I'm running up the M6 and the van died whilst I was in the middle lane. Coasted to the hard shoulder and tried to restart. It would turn over but not fire up. (I suspect the fuel pump in the tank failed.....I've just had a similar failure on a similar van)

Anyway, called up Green flag and explained the problem. So the vehicle won't start he said on the phone. We came out to this 2 weeks ago, we don't respond to the same breakdown in 28 days.

Explained again that it was a different breakdown. Terminal engine failure when travelling as opposed to key not turning.
Nope, its a vehicle won"t start!!

After more explaining and arguing they refused to attend to my breakdown and left me stranded on the hard shoulder of the motorway. My van then got towed by the traffic wombles who then disposed of it when I couldn't pay their recovery fee. I was unable to work for 2 weeks until I sourced a replacement vehicle. By now I was about £1800 out of pocket. (Loss of vehicle & loss of earnings)

They then had the audacity to try and charge me for a full years cover when I had only been with them for 2 months. (I cancelled as soon as they said they refused to attend)

I'll see you in court before you get another penny out of me you bunch of cowboys
