Emailed matrix - turns out i ordered through their partner website and didn't provide email address. They tracked order down, sent me tracking and confirmation and order has arrived today. Hadn't used Matrix / The Supplement Centre for years and the other reviews had me thinking things had gone down hill, glad they haven't. I guess people are always willing to leave a bad review but not the other way round when things go as expected. Will be ordering again. You can't find a protein blend like Alpha Test anywhere else.

Took my money, no order confirmation or delivery details. Will raise dispute with bank and get money back if I do not receive what I paid for.

Purchased a gift box from Meadowhall Sheffield, the member of staff was very knowledgeable, she was lovely. Girlfriend very happy with the fragrances, she wears them every day. Will be coming back in future!

Sent wrong stuff out so was a bit peeved. Hopped onto their chat the next day, responded within minutes and sent out original order for next day delivery allowing me to keep the items that were sent in error. Very impressed with Mike on customer service for sorting issue out efficiently with no hassle. Been using these guys for a few years now and this was the first mistake in delivery, will continue to be using in the future. Great selection of liquids and devices/coils. Thanks again Mike.
