We had a problem with our freezer

We had a problem with our freezer - the ice did not dispense and the LG support line were unable to help us.
In the end, they agreed to send someone (Tafadzwa) to fix the problem (Job # 10015565).
This was a great experience. Tafadzwa was very amenable, efficient and solved the problem quickly. He was also happy for me to watch so that I can fix the problem should it reoccur.

This company knowingly shipped faulty sinks

This company has knowingly shipped 4 faulty sinks from 5 deliveries to us in two months.
Even allowing for COVID issues, this company is one of the most ineffective that I have come across recently. We ordered two sinks in early August and in spite of numerous emails and long telephone calls, this company has failed to deliver and we are now into October. It seems that they have no QA process as all four damaged sinks were damaged when they were packaged as the packaging is in perfect condition.

This company knowingly shipped damaged…

This company knowingly shipped damaged goods.
The company has been very difficult to deal with and I spent several hours on the phone trying to have our fridge freezer delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on 12 September and then on 17 September. On both occasions this was cancelled by the driver and on neither occasion did either the driver or the company let us know.
It was finally delivered on 25 September but is severely damaged. This was not damaged in transit as the packaging was undamaged. This means that the company knowingly shipped damaged goods.
This feels like the behaviour of a failing company.
I have asked for a full refund and additional compensation for the difficulties that have been caused to date.

Delivery options are not clear

I ordered on Thursday and paid for next day delivery. I am very disappointed that my order will not be delivered until Monday.

The email I received said: Thanks for your order!
Here's what happens now:
Step 1: Our Warehouse team are walking the aisles to pick your items from the shelves.

Apparently that wasn't actually true.

Hi Craig,

I can see you've edited your review, but it seems you may be missing our point.

You placed your order 2hrs and 20 minutes after the cut off for next day delivery. Step 1, is the process of picking and packing your order, however, this does not mean your order has been collected by DPD.

DPD collect at 5 pm each day, and that's why we have a cut off time which is clearly displayed on the homepage, the delivery page and at the point of checkout. As you chose your delivery method it would have told you that the parcel was due to be delivered Monday and not Friday.

As you can imagine we don't understand why your experience would warrant a 2-star review when we what you are requesting from us was something we did not promise as it would not have been possible. We would very hard at keeping service levels at a very high standard and therefore, always want to fully investigate negative reviews.

Hi Craig,

We have just looked into your order, and it appears you placed the order at 6:20 pm last night.

Our cut off for next day delivery is 4 pm.

This information is displayed on our homepage, our delivery information page and it would have been highlighted that this order would not be delivered until Monday (using this method) at the checkout stage.
