I recently had an issue with the sizing of a dress I ordered from Oh Polly, but the customer service I received was absolutely amazing! Bailey from the support team replied quickly, was so kind and understanding, and really went above and beyond to help me sort everything out.
Even though the dress didn’t fit as expected, I truly appreciate how seriously they take customer feedback and how much they care about making things right. The designs are beautiful, and with service like this, I’ll definitely be shopping with Oh Polly again.
