They subscribe you for their useless "Credit Monitoring" behind your back when you pay for a one-time report. The setting is hidden quite deep in your profile and you realize you've been subscribed a month later when they bill you again for something you never wanted.
Disgusting scam !
And they are even more useless if you try to dispute an error on your report. The chance they'll do something or contact you borders zero.

I miss the customer service reps located in India, even they were better than the current chat-bot travesty.
When I finally spoke to a human I was hearing roosters and dogs as a background every 10-15 seconds. Is Telus using farmer workers these days ?
