Had a drifting experience today… I was so incredibly nervous to begin with. Benji was my instructor and what can I say, such a lovely guy! He really made me feel at ease and spoke me through it all. My brain and body wasn’t always taking it in but he was patient with me and eventually I was drifting. I’ll be back to book another experience requesting Benji! Thank you :D

My son loves his weekly art class and seeing the staff who are so friendly and helpful.

Further to my previous review (look back up the reviews). I have done everything asked and completed all necessary information for compensation on my missing parcel currently sat at Dartford and you are not getting back to me. Luckily your head office is only an hour drive away so seeing as you won’t answer the phone I have the spare time to make the trip to you instead.

Collect + do not respond to this review with typical contact us response. Phone me! or I’ll see you face to face. Any one reading this and debating whether to use this company I urge you to do more google searches and see the 1 star reviews on other sites of countless missing parcels. If a parcel is of value then I guarantee you it will “go missing”.

My parcel is currently sat at Dartford and after “investigation” and several emails, days waiting... no resolution to my dispute. A WII U, 2 controllers, 2 sensor bars, all cables and 13 games do not just go missing. My first and last time using this company. I’m also dreading the claims process given I’ve read that any excuse is used to not pay the compensation owed. I’d like someone to tell me where in Dartford parcels are taken as I want to look for my item myself, I feel violated!
