I finished my order and sent it in and…
I finished my order and sent it in and I forgot to enter my $25 promo discount code...no problem, I sent an email and asked what to do and they said no problem, they will take care of it and just change the bill and charge your card $25 less. They answered within minutes for everything to be done.
I'm very happy with customer service.
The carpet was very thick and wrapped in very thick protective plastic. The colors, however; are a bit dull just like other reviews say.
