I would be very careful ordering from…

I would be very careful ordering from this company. The telephone number on their website, when called , automatically connects to a private number which belongs to a work friend. Her private number is nothing like the one on the website. So she receives all their customer calls. EE can't resolve the issue atm and not sure how they are managing it..

Delivery & return charges!,

I bought an item as a present for my daughter. The item was unsuitable so I had to return them ( Addidas Trainers). All though the quality is of a high standard , I think charging £4.99 for delivery & then £4.99 to return an item when most retailers offer free returns , is unacceptable. So for my £25 trainers I actually only receive back £15. I won't be ordering again unless I'm 100% the item will be suitable.

This company helped me with my previous…

This company helped me with my previous ppi claims. All were very friendly and made reclaiming what was owed to me very easy by doing all the hard work. The commission is a little high but I guess I wouldn't have done it myself .
I am now apparently owed more money and have sent all my paperwork back. There is little communication from them and I spoke to someone there who I found quite abrupt and a little rude. I do get emails advising that the status of my claim has changed but there is no other information.

I purchased a Gilet in December as I…

I purchased a Gilet in December as I saw it on an influencer I follow on Instagram @KATERINA THEMIS who I believe also runs her own clothing company. I have ordered from her company Lapelluk ,and have absolutely had no issues! But CHICHI are delaying paying me back my refund as this Gilet didn't suit me . They received my item back on the 8th Dec and i am having to keep writing Emails to chase my refund of £60. I have now received an email stating that their PayPal system has an IT issue. I ask since December?? And I have also read on here that a few others in the past have also received the same generic email. I will be taking my case to the retail ombudsman! Do not order from this company if you are unsure of the sizing or the quality. In fact I wouldn't waste my money !
