False Claims No Refund & Old Old Tyres

Tyres returned as they were 2.5yrs old

Banden leader arranged courier - the courier then subsequently looses one tyre !

I am now being held liable for 1 x tyre from the Banden Leader that was lost by the courier arranged by Banden Leader.

3 months plus onwards they are still investigating and I have received NO REFUND

AVOID this company at all cost unless you want tyres that are up to 3 yrs and then not to issue refunds.

Avoid this scamming company - BTW they will come on and provide some explanation why ?.

So lets see .. Tyres collected with confirmation slip why do I not have a FULL REFUND ? Why am I being held liable for an item collected and verified but lost by your courier ?

Status of issue now at 100 days plus - excellent customer service NOT

The stupidity of this company astounds me. The courier ollection slip is for 2 tyres which were collected? The fact only one ended in the end location is not my problem.

Look at themse exchanges would you do business with these baffoons.

The 3 year thing is also BS. Tyres at 5yrs old will not pass a APK. So effectively you are buying tyres to use for 2 yrs not the full lifespan of 5 yrs.

AVOID AVOID

Ps. This is the only way I can connect them as there is no phone number

Hi,

Dear Customer,

The DOT number (date of manufacture) is indicated on our website for tyres manufactured more than 36 months ago.

If you cannot find the DOT number on the selected product it indicates that the tyre is considered as NEW by the manufacturer and it has the same qualities and performance as one of the current year.

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we cannot tell you exactly what the DOT number is for each item as our products are dispatched from different warehouses in Europe.

Our warehouse says the only one tyre was picked up (and refunded). We are still investigating the case.

I have sent a request to our manager to close your claim as soon as possible.

2 year old tyres delivered as NEW - AVOID

Ordered DOT tyres (not any other year or age).
Paid full price
Tyres are 2 year old stock
Courier would not wait while i inspected them and of course the return is at my own cost.

At what point in time did i agree to buy tyres that are 2 years old and by the way they dont look they have been stored correctly !

Steer Clear and ask up front what the common practice is.

BTW, the large retailer starting with an O - only sell tyres that are a maximum of 12 months old

There you have it in their own words, roll the dice as the tyres you may receive could be 3 yrs old

Loodgieter Utter waste of time and money

Utter waste of time and money being told a part is on order for 6 plus weeks.

1st appointment missed, 2nd appointment late, good bits diagnosed issue and then left the heating in such a state it cant be controlled.

I still await my unicorn horn replacement part.

Numerous calls and same excuses, I'm awaiting today's call back which was promised in 30 mins low overdue by 2 hours

Dont take the chance and waste your money on gambling on a quality tradesman turning up and completing the job

Dear mr Ejaz Akram,

Would you please be so kind to tell the entire story? The floorheating in your house is a special model, one which you can regulate each room seperately. So new parts for a floorheating like this are only available at the manufacterer. Danfoss in this case. The plumber has ordered the part directly after his first visit. Due to delivery-problems in Germany at the manufacterer it took several weeks. In these weeks you already where mad at us and had no understandig for why it took so long. Also no understanding for the fact that the part took so long so send because of the manufacterer, not because of the plumber.

When the part was finally there, the plumber replaced the part and found out that 2 days before the appointment you had pulled all the electric and blockparts why it did not function anymore. These parts and settings can’t be fixed by a plumber without a days work or need to be done by Danfoss. So you can be mad at the plumber but you:
1) had no understanding for why the part took so long (not the the plumbers fault, but the manufacteror)
2) destroyed the entire set up yourself by pulling all the wires and blocks.

Then the plumber even helped you out making a appointment for you with Danfoss.
On top of that, the plumber who came to your house twice, did the original repair, ordered the part was not even paid!

About the made appointments, that was explained to you several times:
the plumber made the appointments in the hope the part would have arrived by then, so when it did the plumber would be able to get to you straight away.

Besides that, you had already give us a 1 star review even before the plumber came by the second time. Due to "because it was taking so long (which was not our fault)"
So in all honesty: this is a complete unfair and total nonsence review!
