I experienced an issue with my expansion vessel leaking, which caused water to run out of my CV ketel, preventing it from providing hot water.
I contacted loodgieter.nl and spoke with Shanice, the receptionist. She was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with the situation. That same day, plumber Ali arrived to repair the expansion vessel and thoroughly inspect the CV ketel. He was professional, respectful, and patiently answered all of my questions with enthusiasm.
I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and efficient service I received, and I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer care and expertise.

My bathroom faucet broke on Sunday evening almost flooding my bathroom and I immediately sent a request to loodgieter.nl. Monday morning I was called and a plumber was sent to my house just a couple of hours later. The problem was fixed very fast, the plumber was friendly and kind, and the costs were reasonable. Overall very happy with the service!

I was in need of a lekdetectie report, and I got in contact with loodgieter.nl. Quick replies, and the appointment promptly appeared in my calendar. The team from Arbax Loodgieters that came to my place did a nice job identifying the leakage source, explained it clearly to me and created the report by the end of the same day (!). Thank you guys!
Overall a 5/5 star experience. Recommended.

The response of the manager was very quick and professional, he arranged the plumber visit in a proper way. The plumber though came once but didn't follow the installation instructions so that the kitchen tap does not work properly. He committed to come back to fix the connection to the boiler but, after several postponements, he did not show up at the agreed day and time without explanation. From that moment on he does not respond my phone calls. All in all a very disappointing experience.
My wc was kapot It was continuously running water.
After reading positive reviews on trustpilot I decided to contact loodgeiter.nl.
They called me back and asked me to send photos/videos to help diagnose the problem via Whatsapp. Within 20 minutes He called back to say he knew what the cause was, and had contacted a local plumber who had in stock the needed part for my wc.
The next day 2 plumbers from Waterfix turned up and replaced the needed oart.
All fixed on the first visit in under an hour.
I was very impressed with the efficiency
of Loodgeiter.nl and the plumbers from Waterfix.
Utter waste of time and money being told a part is on order for 6 plus weeks.
1st appointment missed, 2nd appointment late, good bits diagnosed issue and then left the heating in such a state it cant be controlled.
I still await my unicorn horn replacement part.
Numerous calls and same excuses, I'm awaiting today's call back which was promised in 30 mins low overdue by 2 hours
Dont take the chance and waste your money on gambling on a quality tradesman turning up and completing the job

Dear mr Ejaz Akram,
Would you please be so kind to tell the entire story? The floorheating in your house is a special model, one which you can regulate each room seperately. So new parts for a floorheating like this are only available at the manufacterer. Danfoss in this case. The plumber has ordered the part directly after his first visit. Due to delivery-problems in Germany at the manufacterer it took several weeks. In these weeks you already where mad at us and had no understandig for why it took so long. Also no understanding for the fact that the part took so long so send because of the manufacterer, not because of the plumber.
When the part was finally there, the plumber replaced the part and found out that 2 days before the appointment you had pulled all the electric and blockparts why it did not function anymore. These parts and settings can’t be fixed by a plumber without a days work or need to be done by Danfoss. So you can be mad at the plumber but you:
1) had no understanding for why the part took so long (not the the plumbers fault, but the manufacteror)
2) destroyed the entire set up yourself by pulling all the wires and blocks.
Then the plumber even helped you out making a appointment for you with Danfoss.
On top of that, the plumber who came to your house twice, did the original repair, ordered the part was not even paid!
About the made appointments, that was explained to you several times:
the plumber made the appointments in the hope the part would have arrived by then, so when it did the plumber would be able to get to you straight away.
Besides that, you had already give us a 1 star review even before the plumber came by the second time. Due to "because it was taking so long (which was not our fault)"
So in all honesty: this is a complete unfair and total nonsence review!
The company is an intermediate which has good connection with independent plumbers. However the service will depend on the plumber, so it can be a hit and miss.
In my case the plumber came with some glue and pipes, spend 30 minutes for a crappy job and asked 220 euros for that. Apparently some plumbers and jobs have flat rate, contradicting the mentioned
hourly tariff of loodgieter.nl
The problem of course didn't solve and there was still leakage. After some good-will discussion with the owner of loodgieter.nl, the plumber would come again to fix it properly, and we agreed I will even get some excess money (60 euro) back.
I was waiting 3 hours at home for the agreed appointment, but the plumber didn't show up, so I had to call and find out he was busy and had to come another day.
Eventually he came and fixed it. For the money I had to call many times and took 2 weeks to put them back.

The story you wrote down here is not exactly how it was but mistakes where made, no doubt and i think we have corrected those in a decent manor.
There was a communication error from our employee. Yes we have fixed prices. In this case the plumber said: i will fix this no matter how long it takes. So i fit takes 20 minutes or 3 hours, the prices will always be €175 excl taxes. Our Employee did make the mistake on your question: “is this an estimate on the prices on the website” and he sais yes. So lost in translation: he agreed to you on the prices on the website while he should have said this is the said price, not matter how long it takes. This is not the ussual way we work unless the costumers asks for it. Mistake probably lost in translation, but not as it should. In other words: we did re-emburse you €60. Which in our opinion is a fair solution. And as said before: a mistake from our side. So the “However the service will depend on the plumber, so it can be a hit and miss.” Is not correct as we see it. All of our plumbers are certified and experienced plumbers. We have 300 plumbers all over the Netherlands and you have had 1 plumber which is one of our best plumbers who almost never makes mistakes but turns out to be human afterall. So the "gambling" you suggest is not entirely true since we have 1 complaint on every 250 jobs we do, and in almost all of the cases we solve that in a correct manor. I don't think there is one plumbercompany that can say the same.
As for the plumbers job, you said it was done in a crappy way. We do not think that is fair.
The pipe that broke of was close to the wall land the plumber wanted to fix it without breaking tiles or damaging the wall and do it on a clean way. He tried to fix it like that and a few days later that solution wasn’t sufficient because there wasn’t enough space of the pipe left. He had to come back because like on all our jobs done, you have guarantees. Without paying extra he came back and fixed the pipe with more work. No extra charges made. The time he bespoke with you, he was under a house with a very bad leakage and he couldn’t leave inmiddiately. We like to take time for our costumers. What he should have done is call earlier. We have spoken tot he plumber and it won’t happen again.
What is very unsatisfying is that the payment of the €60 took him about 1,5 week – 2 weeks. That should be done faster and we also spoke to him about that. But as i also told you: you would get your money, even if loodgieter.nl would have to pay it. In the end, mistakes where made, solved in a ,according to us, correct manor and you have a nice and working solution for a really sharp price.
