Visited York store today to purchase a new suite.Tim was very helpful in my purchase and gave me some good tips on keeping my new suite in good condition.Tim was very diligent throughout the sales process and not pushy in any way.I was very impressed with the whole sales process and how quick it was.
Look forward to receiving my new suite in about 6 weeks time.

They may have great prices BUT beware you may have to wait a long time for your glasses to arrive.Just had a email to say my order is delayed it will have took over a month which I think is unacceptable.Will not use again.

Update 15/2/2024
Just received a email saying my glasses are now delayed until at least 4th March and that’s not guaranteed totally unacceptable very poor service.I ordered these glasses on the 17/1/24 and needed them for work.

Sorry to hear this. In a very small number of cases there can be production issues that can delay a job from being completed, this is sometimes unavoidable with a custom made product - this will also apply to other suppliers, online or high street.

I have taken a look at your order placed on the 17th January, this was for a complex varifocal product which we do advise can take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Unfortunately during the glazing process we noticed an issue with the lenses. In order to ensure you are completely satisfied with the product we have reordered the lenses to complete your order. The new estimated date of completion is still largely within our normal production timescales associated with varifocal products.

We'll complete your order and get this dispatched to you as soon as we can.
