Selling used and claiming new - resolved

I purchased youth Ray-Ban sunglasses. It stated the size was 45-18-130 but these frames would fit an adult. Why? Because they are defective. The stems are cut and attached too far from the glasses which makes the stems swing out wide. On top of this, the frames are scratched on the front! So maybe this is a damaged or used pair they are selling as new. When I requested a refund, they automatically charged me $25.

Update July 21, 2025. Cool Frames customer service contacted me and asked that I provide them with pictures of the defects. Upon receiving the pictures they advised me to return the frames and they would provide a full refund. I received a partial refund last week and they advised today they processed the remainder for a full refund. It’s nice that customer service was receptive to customer concerns which is very important.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your glasses. Upon checking your account, you have ordered a Ray-an Junior eyeglasses which are usually a small fit. They are normally intended for kids and teens as they’re scaled-down versions of classic Ray-Ban styles, made to fit smaller faces comfortably. A size 45 is actually relatively small. Most adult eyeglasses are sized 50mm and up.

All frames we sell are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. If there are impurities on the product, we urge customers to reach out to us first so we can provide further assistance. We can definitely have them replaced, or you can also exchange them to a different model if they are not a good fit.

Products are cheap and defective and…

Products are cheap and defective and Vevor will not address concerns. Customer service is horrible. I bought a cat tree and the item was not designed properly, had predrilled holes in the wrong place or the predrilled holes were not present. Pieces did not fit properly, parts were missing. I contacted customer service 3 times and they refused to acknowledge my concerns or do anything. Scam company. Do not waste your time or money.
The picture I sent to Vevor was to show the example of how their items are defective (I actually sent several pictures and one video). The white piece is not sized properly so you cannot attach the top. It is taller than the other pieces. Other defects include the “pre-drilled” holes on the door that are not placed properly so the door sits crooked and will not close. Also, the design stacks one unit directly over the next and they are the same width - no staggering of levels like most cat trees (and this is not readily noticeable in pics) and the item is rickety so no cat will jump 6 feet straight onto a narrow ledge that shakes. Vevor refuses to acknowledge concerns and comes back with responses such as “we are glad to hear you love our product” (???) and like below - failing to address the issue that the 4 sides are not uniform in size/height so you cannot attach the top.

Definite scam

Definite scam. They took my money and said they would email me when the product shipped. Well, I never received an shipping email or the product. I reached out to Bioma and they refused to help, claiming they sent the product and it was delivered. It was not delivered.

Bad products, no products, and customer service is a joke

They do not deserve even one star. I used to order their capsules but stopped after they sent me some boxes that were out of date. You would expect that from a discount distributor but not the company. And their response? The coffee is still good for a period of time beyond the expiration date?? No replacement, no refund, no exchange. But my nephew loves their coffee so I decided to purchase a Nespresso gift card for his birthday. You can’t order a gift card on the website, you have to call them to place the order. And then they won’t send email links to a card, they insist on mailing the card to the recipient. That would be okay IF they actually sent the card. Its been 2 weeks since I placed the order (and was assured by customer service it would be shipped out the same day the order was placed) and still no gift card. I’ve called 3 different times and each time the rep assures me their tracking system shows delivery by the end of the day and to call back if its not received. So I call back and they say the same thing again. This must be their automatic reply to every call rather than actually providing a solution. So I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company today and I hope others think twice before purchasing ANYTHING from this company.

Great Customer Service and Products

We ordered a sofa and paid for the inside delivery and setup. The sofa far exceeded our expectations especially for the cost; however, the delivery provider/service was lacking. They arrived over 2 hours after we received a text indicating they would be at the apartment in 9 minutes. Only one person showed up to deliver the sofa up 2 flights of stairs so he placed the sofa on a hand truck, slamming it on the stairs all the way up. My daughter, feeling sorry for him, gave him a $40 tip and thanked him. Imagine her shock when she walked out her front door and found all of the trash blocking the apartment corridor. We contacted the delivery person first to request that he return and remove the trash (this service is included in the delivery cost) because the apartment complex was threatening to fine my daughter but he refused saying it wasn’t his responsibility. Next we contacted Inmod for assistance and Chelsi with their customer service dept was extremely helpful. Since she was not able to reach the delivery company in time, we had to make arrangements to dispose of the trash but she apologized and offered a 60% refund on the delivery fees, following up in a very timely manner. In the future I will be shopping at Inmod for all of my furniture purchases. Its so refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind their products and their services!

Wish I could give a zero

Wish I could give a zero. Ordered through Mello Mushroom. The restaurant notified us the driver picked the order up at 7:20. We are 10 minutes away. Its now 8:10. When I checked the map tracking, he has gone in the opposite direction and his vehicle hasn’t moved since 8 pm. What the hell is he doing??
