Great service, I recommend to everyone in the market for a style, shape and colour analysis!

Massively underwhelmed by the advice and PDF I received but even more dumbfounded about the treatment of clients over the last few months. You couldn't pay me to use styled by susie now and all the fake 5* reviews that pop up after an less than complimentary one need to be looked into by TP.

I was analysed as a summer - true enough - but the colour chart I was sent didn't suit me at all. I couldn't work it out but then another stylist explained I was a shaded summer and the colours that suit this group of people are not the same as the true summer ones. So the information I was sent by SBS was not helpful (as it didn't suit) and I'm pissed I spend £65 on a gold analysis and they sent me back information they KNEW I wouldn't suit because that's what their pre-written content says.

Brilliant service from this company. Absolutely no issues at all.
