( Indian lady manageress )

Not impressed at all, poor customer service, raised her voice at me, and tried to talk over me, instead of listening to my complaint.
I bought a number of packets of batteries, they were the wrong size, so I tried to exchange them for the correct size. I had mislaid receipt, although another store manager said I could exchange them at the Shirley branch as they had no AA batteries in stock, ( Southampton store by Wilko ) ...so after driving 20 mins to Shirley I had this unfortunate appalling customer service encounter. The Polish manager who is normally at this store, was off duty, he has always been excellent, and I have spent £100s of pounds in that store over the last year.
Also this manageress from India smirked a lot, which was quite insulting, as though she was getting some depraved enjoyment out of this whole incident.
So it's name and Shame Poundland in Shirley for the particular person who is meant to be in charge of the store, and representing Poundland as a company.
Interestingly most other supermarkets will exchange without receipt, especially as it is a genuine and obvious mistake.
Marks and Spenser, Asda, Tesco, Aldi etc
However to have terrible customer service adds insult to injury.😕😕😕

My experience of UPS is very negative

My experience of UPS is very negative, and surprise surprise there are 1000s of other people who WILL NEVER USE UPS again.
UPS late payment fee is a scam, especially when the full payment has been made.
SHAME ON UPS, .....

UPS ... Thieving scoundrels

UPS ... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
Recommend DHL, even Royal mail parcels, etc ....
UPS thieving parasites
sent me a late payment demand,....
which had been paid in full.
Cheeky pigswill, especially when they make payment so difficult, you can not pay by phone, or via post office.
I will pay the late payment ransom fee,
Yet will never use this company ever again, I will encourage people not to use if this comes up in conversation, and I give a damning review to this effect. SHAME ON UPS, ....

Customer service excellent

Customer service excellent, there was a problem with there new phone line being installed, hence the phone was not being answered, yet this mobile number is a very good alternative.
Products very good too.
10/10 .... and even more, once that phone works properly 🙂👍

The product was promised within 10 days. Will be out of fashion June. Firstly, 21% Negative feedback means you have a 1 in 5 chance of very poor product/ service/ or get ripped off by seller.

DHGate need to be investigated by Parliament as they are unaccountable when a seller refuses refund, and there refund guarantee in not worth the toilet paper it is written on.
I cancelled my order within 24 hours, due to huge extra charges for duty as well etc
Was promised refund within 24 hours, then 7 days, etc seller blanked all my messages, simply refused, and this could take up to 6 months to resolve. Absolutely disgraceful, and we are talking about £880 not a few quid.
I would recommend all UK potential buyers to stay well clear of DHGate, I live in Southampton, and this is a genuine review.
DHGate ought to have UK customer service you can speak too, as there nameless faceless customer service is 1/10 . The only way they will change is by a Government intervention to correct this wrongdoing, or if people simply do not use them etc
This is a shame as 60% of sellers are very good honest people.

Loveholidays were a great company, but not anymore

Loveholidays were a great company, unfortunately they look very underhanded in the way they have not paid out money that customers are legally entitled too, as they did not provide the service, or goods agreed to, yet what is more annoying, and really upsets their customers is how they appear to be cold hearted, and callous in the way they refuse to communicate, and make the refund system as difficult, and as stressful as possible, making good hard working people wait hours just to be cut off on live chat, quite disgraceful.
I suggest claiming money owed through your bank if you paid by bank card. Loveholidays will not be having my custom in the future, and the Goverment should step in and make such practise illegal.
