They sell a subscription which is nothing more than a constant stream of them asking for more money. The single bit of advice they gave me was all terrible. Told me to sell AAPL, NVDA, and BA. All of which rose substantially after

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few things. Paradigm Press is in no way a scam — we have hundreds of thousands of happy subscribers who rely on our research and insights.
We are a relatively small, completely independent publisher, which means we are not funded by deep-pocketed Wall Street firms pushing their preferred narratives. This independence allows us to share honest analysis and insights, but it also means we need to advertise our services to keep the business running. You can always unsubscribe from promotional materials you do not wish to receive, and our Customer Service team is happy to help if needed.
If you still need assistance, please feel free to call one of our Member Service Specialists at 844-731-0984 (M–F, 9am–8pm Eastern Time) or reach out through our contact page: https://paradigmpressgroup.com/contact-us .
Hello, I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order! Please reach out to us via email at customer_inquiry@bgeltd.com with the order information or your full address, with a description of the issue so we can assist you! – Chelsea
Their on shelf pricing is frequently wrong and they will charge full price for items on sale. There is no customer service dept on their website. A shitty company paying shit wages and over charging customers
Note they try to claim I said things I did not say. I merely stated their advertised "live" event was not live, but prerecorded. They now are trying pretend I "chose" to attend a prerecorded event. It was advertised as a live event. They said Amazon reimbursed for product lost in the webinar, then in their reply here, they say something else. Further evidence that the webinar was prerecorded. Their defense seems to be limited to name calling. "Disgruntled customer" is a name I used a long time ago, trustpilot just keeps it in their records for me. Yes, it's true I usually only write reviews for bad service. That doesn't make me a lunatic as they claim. Regardless, their reply is further evidence their advertised "live" event was prerecorded and contains outdated content. There seems to be hundreds of gurus selling courses of dubious value for drone businesses, stock trading, ecommerce and other enterprises. If they know how to get rich doing these things, why are they selling training instead of doing these things
Internably long webinar promising "free" access, then wants $5,000.00 for access

Jeremy here (founder). I think he may have misunderstood the webinar. It's usually 90 minutes long, teaching how to do 20-minute trading and then discussing some other services we offer (none are for 5000). Then we give folks 30 days of unlimited mentorship and access to our materials and course data just for attending the webinar. we always try to over-deliver.
Their "live" webinar was prerecorded. They didn't answer a single question I asked. They gave some false information about Amazon's "lost inventory" policy. Amazon doesn't reimburse you but a fraction of your costs. Since they didn't respond to a single post, I can safely assume the posts they do respond to are posts they generate themselves. If they are being dishonest from the get go about their webinar, all the positive comments here are probably generated by Algo. Their response is dishonest. They sent me a link to their "live" event. I asked multiple questions, they responded to none of them. Their claim that Amazon reimburses costs in their reply is false. Amazon reimburses what Amazon deems your wholesale costs to be. Nothing for shipping, duties, prep or taxes. Claiming I watched a prerecorded event when it was advertised as a live event is not a defense. Calling me a troll is not a defense

We always welcome feedback, but it’s important to correct clear misinformation. This review (and it's multiple updates) contains multiple false claims, so let’s clarify the facts:
1. We host a variety of live and recorded trainings every month. In just the past seven days, our team has conducted over 20 hours of live, interactive classes. If this individual attended a FREE recorded session, it's simply because they chose to do so. Claiming otherwise is simply inaccurate.
2. Amazon’s reimbursement policy is well-documented and frequently updated. If the reviewer misunderstood this, they may have watched outdated content or simply misinterpreted what was said. Amazon changed its reimbursement policy in December 2024, shifting from reimbursing lost inventory at the sales price to the purchase price. This is well-known to experienced sellers, and we keep our training updated accordingly. (since our initial response, this reviewer further updated their review to nitpick the Amazon policy and misstate that Amazon determines your wholesale cost, which is not entirely accurate, and has nothing to do with our company).
3. This individual is not a customer. They watched a 100% free training and then took the time to write a misleading review about a service they never experienced. Drawing sweeping conclusions about our business based on a free session—without ever working with us—raises serious questions about their objectivity.
4. Our reviews are authentic. We’ve received verified customer reviews on Trustpilot since 2019. Unlike this reviewer, the thousands of real customers who have worked with us and seen results provide genuine feedback. Suggesting that all positive reviews are fake is an absurd claim with no basis in reality. This reviewer also left the review under a false name of "Disgruntled customer" and they have a clear history of only leaving negative reviews for other businesses which further demonstrates the hypocrisy and lunacy of this review.
At the end of the day, this individual never worked with us, misunderstood what they watched, and is now making wild accusations about our company and reviews. We take our reputation seriously, but we also recognize that no matter how well we operate, there will always be the occasional online troll eager to spread misinformation.
I'm so sorry - I see one missed contact form inquiry from you asking where to enter a discount code on Christmas Eve that must have slipped through the cracks. Not sure how that happened, as it should have stayed/open unresolved in our ticket system. Look for a reply and a special discount.
Asked a question and get an AI bot that doesn't answer questions. Have to open an account to get any response and who knows if they will respond then? Terrible customer service.

We are sorry that we have not met your expectations so far. You may ask the chat bot to speak to a live representative or call our customer care line at 844-493-6249. We do not require an account to have any questions answered.
They fraudulently advertised 5 free stocks and transfer fee reimbursement for accounts over $2,000.00. After collecting my personal financial information, it’s suddenly 2 free stocks and no transfer fee reimbursement, and added a 24 hour time limit to transfer accounts. Customer service took two days to respond, told me to do what I had already done, invited me to “reply below” if more assistance was needed, but there was no way to reply.
