I received my timely reminder for exemption renewal from TT2 and the process was straight forward and easily accomplished. I received a reassuring reply quickly and was told I would get confirmation within 14 days in actual fact it was 5 days so a very professional operation, and customer orientated.

Received what I ordered on time and no problems.

Cannot use this card for a Birthday or for anything, the printing is terrible, what should be two lines of print message have been printed as one line ie, on top of each other resulting in a pure indecipherable mess. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not be moonpigging again as I'm out of pocket and out of a Card.

Firstly a great range to choose from, then so easy to order and next day delivery. Item has arrived as promised and just as I ordered so very pleased, will definitely choose Moonpig again.

Explained to Octopus rep Cameron my concerns over smart meter malfunction hence no December bill. He assured me that the problem would be fixed by an engineer as soon possible in the interim gave me directions on how to obtain the relevant meter readings manually ,this was done by my wife. In conclusion it was an excellent customer service by Cameron and Octopus.

I have taken delivery of my vehicle which has been converted and fully adapted to be driven by a confined to wheelchair driver. The standard of workmanship and achieved finish is first class which also includes the excellent customer service from start to finish, an excellent company with a very professional and caring workforce.

Since switching to Bulb we realise what a wise move it was, the whole process was super smooth with a capital S. And looking after your account is real easy Bulb remind us when the next payment is due we read and submit the meter readings and Bulb acknowledge super quick. We always know our Gas/ Electricity usage and thats good to know, and finally Bulb is the only utility supplier we have had who has informed us when their operating/ purchasing charges have decreased which enabled them to lower our costs,
