My first time ordering from The Cartridge Centre. So far I am very impressed with their price and the speed of delivery. I have only used one of the 'compatible' cartridges but so far it is working fine.

This is my first order and I am very impressed by the speed at which my order was despatched, how I was kept informed at all times and how well the parcel was packaged. The products are nicely designed with clear and simple instructions on them and so far they taste fine. I will have to wait a little while to see what kind of reaction I get to drinking them but if what I have experienced from NutraTeas so far is anything to go on I expect the results to be good.

If given a choice of couriers I always pick DPD as they keep you informed of your delivery, arrive in the time window they said they would and their delivery drivers are always so nice to deal with.

I am a regular buyer of Hampstead Teas Wild Rosehip & Hibiscus teabags. They are great company to deal with as the quality of the product is away great and the price is very reasonable. They deliver quickly and well packaged and the packaging is so pretty. I frequently recommend them to my friends who often want one of my teabags !

I booked and paid for my 24hr parcelforce delivery online and dropped it off at the local Post Office. The next day it still had not been collected from the Post Office. This is the not the first time this has happened with ParcelForce. It is very annoying when you have paid to get something there the next day and your customer has waited in specifically for it. It makes me and my business look unprofessional which I am not. There is not contact number to call to ask for a refund for parcels that do not turn up in the paid for timescale.

It was a pleasure doing business with Hot Pink Haberdashery. Their website was easy to use, they had great customer service when I contacted them to enquire about if it was possible to get something despatched same day. They were only too happy to be of assistance. The fabric I purchased was a lovely quality and great value for the money and came in a wide variety of colours. I will most certainly be buying more from them in the near future and will put them on my list of favourite suppliers to deal with.

I buy regularly from Hampstead Teas and I am always impressed by their speedy service and wonderful product. I have tried quite a few rosehip teabags over the years but I have not found any to rival Hampstead Teas. I highly recommend them to others.

I have to compliment lampspares.co.uk on their brilliant customer service. I had brought a lamp on ebay which need rewiring and I decided to have a go myself. Lampspares website had lots of really helpful advise and videos. Working out the parts to buy was simple and I love that I could buy parts of them already fitted together to make it easier for me. They arrive quickly, well packaged and exactly as expected. I had one question about the final installation and when I contacted them they replied quickly and were very helpful. It is so nice to deal with a company that gives such good customer service. I would highly recommend them to others and I know I will be back to buy more wiring to do more lamps !!
