great support!!



⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Highly Recommend Study Active and Kelly!**

I cannot recommend **Study Active** enough, and I want to give a special shout out to my assessor, **Kelly**, who was absolutely incredible throughout my journey studying for the **Level 2 Gym Instructor Course**.

Kelly was nothing but supportive and patient with me during the entire process. Over the last few months, she consistently communicated with me, never hesitating to answer my questions and ensuring I fully understood the material. Her guidance helped me find solutions and build confidence in my knowledge.

When it came to the actual exam day, Kelly went above and beyond. She was supportive, a great listener, and an amazing motivator. Thanks to her encouragement and expertise, I was able to successfully pass the exam!

If you're considering Study Active for your fitness qualifications, I highly recommend them—and especially Kelly—for their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their students.

Having to cancel the holiday

Having to cancel the holiday due to family reasons , I found the support from your customers services at best poor.
Its not for me to make contact with the hotel to ask if I can request for new dates to take the holiday as my contract was with jet2, yet that's what your customers service recommended I do ,and guess what the hotel said the same contact Jet2.

absolute joke of a business

absolute joke of a business , 7-9 days they stated for items to arrive, it took 14 days, and delivered the incorrect item. Their communication is appalling , I have emailed five times for an update on my delivery , no reply!! there website states you can track your order, you can if you are willing to pay for it through a third party. Generic response is all you get, will never use them again
