Mr Clutch at Maidstone are always personable, friendly and go the extra mile. I had a small thing extra when I brought my car in for its MoT. I explained what it was, and they said they would do it, and then didn't charge extra for it. Excellent work and customer service.

Openreach kept in contact with me from booking them up to and including the day of installation so I was fully clear about what would happen. On the day, the engineers were prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. The engineer doing the main work was extremely pleasant and again explained what she was doing. She did a very neat job and left no mess behind.

My LED replacement for a utility room fluorescent tube arrived in the time limit described. The packing couldn't have been more secure for this fragile item - it took several goes with a pair of scissors to get in to it (this isn't a criticism - I'm very impressed!). Excellent value for money too.

I ordered an egg chair in March, and the website advised it would not be available till the end of May. I emailed the company in early June as I had heard nothing, and someone replied very speedily to advise it should be with me in the next week or so, as indeed it was.
I was expecting a long wait, and am not surprised due to shipping vagaries (e.g. the recent Suez farrago) that it was slightly delayed. In any event, till June the weather didn't encourage lazing in an egg chair in the garden.
It arrived extremely well packaged. My only complaint would be that the driver was on his own, having to manhandle all goods himself, resulting in my seeing most of them were not on the side indicated by any "this way up" signs in the back of his van. He asked if I had anybody who could help him, and luckily as I have two strong sons I do, so one of them moved the chair with him.
The chair itself is absolutely perfect, just as described, and looks amazing in my garden. We have already spent several happy hours sitting in it and reading, listening to podcasts etc after a hard day's graft.
I would recommend the goods and the swift customer service.

Just Eat is terrible. Our of 3 recent orders 2 were entirely wrong and they have done nothing to reimburse me or make it right. My younger son's birthday was completely ruined. We had to go up to Tesco for pizzas so we had something to eat. The food that was delivered was wrong and I am £38 out of pocket. Neither Just Eat nor the restaurant have repaid me and neither has PayPal. Shocking service, tantamount to fraud. DO NOT USE JUST EAT, KFC OR PAYPAL. They do not care about anything.
