A delivery just this week, watched driver pull on the drive, didn’t ring door bell, went to the side of the house and threw parcel in the garden smashing what was inside, went out to ask him why he did that, drove off,
These guys are all over you when you want the finance but when you’ve paid it off and want confirmation you get no where, slowly
Awful experience dealing with teams that only work on email, I get why they don’t take calls but they probably get beat up everyday because they’re so bad at what they do
All I want is an email confirming I’ve paid, 4th week now chasing and all you get is ……. You have to wait 48hrs
Shocking, want motor finance, I’d go somewhere else if I were you

Worst possible customer service, well, there is no customer service
Paid for my order, no delivery, no updates, constantly chasing, blame the currier, no refund, if you have a refund you have to pay a re stocking fee, the place is a joke
One star is one too many Ordered, never turned up, refund is impossible to get, they beg you to keep on waiting for the product knowing it’s never going to arrive, I’m pretty sure, after talking to others on LinkedIn, which is where they advertise most, nothing ever arrives, even your money back
The owner will reply with a standard response and still nothing happens

Ordered our reclaimed table back in March 21 when covid was affecting lead times as with everything else around home based products but it’s turned up and it’s well worth the wait, high quality finish and great value for money in my opinion, would defo recommend RCC
