We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.

Horrible company

Horrible company, I have been trying to return a dress that I received on Nov 13. Results : 0 . The purchase Order number dont work to process the return. Tried to send numerous emails asking for a return label. ZERO, ZERO, ZERO follow up. Expensive items too. Very bad company in all the way.

As we could check per the contact timeline via email, our team has instructed you on how to process a return and shared the correct order numbers for you to process the return on December 4th. After December 7th, your return window expired, and you may not have been able to generate the label on your end due to that.

Despite that, we could see that one of our representatives reached out with the return label yesterday, December 18th, so I guess it's all set.

JUST DONT GO WITH THEM, EXTREMELY BAD

JUST DONT GO WITH THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCIDENTS AT MY HOME AND UNABLE TO SEE VIDEOS DUE TO THE LIMITATION OF THEIR CLOUD EVEN IF I ASKED TO EXTEND THE SPACE. FORGET ABOUT CANCELLATION. IT IS A PURE NIGHTMARE. I GOT A 2 HOURS LECTURE, THEN TRIED TO SELL ME OTHER FEATURES, THEN YELLED AT ME OF NOT PUTTING MY ALARM ON AT NIGHT AND SO ON. SO, FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE, JUST BE AWARE THAT STOP THE CALL, THEY CANNOT SEND BY EMAIL A CANCELLATION BILL…YOU WILL REGRET CHOOSING THEM.

Be prepared to walk more than 2 times…

Be prepared to walk more than 2 times the entire store to find somebody who can help you. If you are lucky to find a person, the staff can often mislead you to the wrong isle, barely walk with you to find the item as it is not their department (LOL). After a good 30 minutes, you need to face the cash register. Aie,aie, aie, they are usually overwhelmed and today it was a grumpy one who did not want to help or find out about the sales price of the scrap wood that I took because the manager took off for lunch. Then, an override was needed to proceed at the cash register. Another manager was called but had to do a quick chatting with another customer. By the time a long line was growing badly. The good news is that if you need to do your daily walking, don’t go to the gym, just start your day at Lowes or be more efficient go to HOME DEPOT for a better service.

Spectrum responders talk like a…w

Spectrum responders talk like a machine, always pointed issues from you, your home, your extender... for internet buffering. I talked to one of their manager and at the end of the conversation, he asked me to relax. SERIOUSLY??? I have had the same issues for 4 years and spent hours on the phone with persons that talk to you with a written script. I did all their tests and bought their suggestion google mesh, STILL ISSUES. NOW IT IS GOOGLE MESH ISSUE, NOT THEIR ISSUE. Try to relax after spending hours with them over the phone and making you feel like you dont understand anything. BAD SERVICE over the phone.
