I bought an American style fridge freezer a few years ago. The ice maker broke several times. It was still under guarantee and customer services were great at getting an engineer out to repair it. Unfortunately, they decided to write it off because the ice making part kept failing. The process of replacing it was easy, thanks to their handling of the situation.
It was replaced with another of their American style fridge freezers with an ice cube maker. This has broken twice within a year. Apart from the ice cube maker part of their fridge freezers (which definitely need refining), they are a good product and company, in my experience.

The website is full of bargains and I have had some good deals from here.
I have ordered from Bargainfox.com several times over the past few years and never had any issues whatsoever.

The website is easy to navigate. Finding items is simple and the description/specifications of them are thorough.
Ordering is simple, prices are competitive and delivery is quick and free.
The vacuum I ordered is great - does the job perfectly.

I purchased a bundle of B grade mixed crystals in order to sample a wide range, at a low price, before choosing my next purchase.
The bundle contained many varieties of crystals of different sizes and some were near perfect condition. The product description is exactly what I received.
There are a lot of crystals here and I am enjoying the time it is taking to look through them.
As for the store itself, there is a good range of products at competitive prices. I'm always wary of buying online but was relieved to find this is a genuine store. Payment was safe, delivery was fast, product was as described and there are real people there to answer queries. I emailed them and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response.

I've ordered from Yorkshire Trading several times and always had a great experience. I've found the best prices for many products here and p&p costs are low, but everything arrives quickly. Customer service is excellent and the one time I've had to contact them, due to one item being damaged in delivery, they were very quick to respond and sort out the issue.

I ordered two sets of ovo egg toys for my dogs. A couple of days later, I read reviews on here and was concerned. I emailed the company twice, once to say I was concerned about them due to the reviews and the second time, to try cancelling my order but it had already been dispatched. Both emails were answered promptly. My order arrived within the time frame given. It was well packaged and the products and their boxes were in good, new condition as expected. As for the Ovo eggs, they're exactly as described. They're well made and the quality is good. It took a while for one of my dogs to get used to them and now all of my dogs enjoy playing with them. I'm happy with the product and with the service I received

No longer good value for money. Prices have gone up massively and the quality of some products has gone downhill. When other supermarkets have deals, well-known brands are cheaper than Lidl's own. The loyalty rewards are rubbish too. I don't think Lidl will be my main supermarket anymore

Good range of products, great prices, delivered on time.

I ordered some collars from here a while ago and Romypets was the best price. The order arrived in good time, was well packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the product itself was faulty - a product design issue. When contacted, Romypets immediately emailed out a form so I could return the item for free. It did take a while for a refund, but it was eventually sorted. Customer service is good and emails were always answered. I would use this company again

Prices are competitive and they stock a wide range of products. Delivery time was okay. I was happy with everything apart from the 2 large bags of food for my rabbits, which only had 4 months or less left until the expiry date. Bags I bought elsewhere had a year longer until expiry, so I think these bags are old stock. I wouldn't buy food for my pets from here again but might buy other products

Very pleased with the items I have bought, which were various heat holder socks to give as presents. So far, tested the men's welly socks and been told they are fantastic. The store has a lot of quality products to choose from, prices are good and service was great. Would purchase again from them.
