I’ve been ordering all types of printed materials from Trade Print for a number of years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The print quality is always excellent and every order arrives on time. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. Alan Beattie, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my Royal Mail leaflet drop jobs are submitted correctly and delivered on schedule. It's that level of care and reliability that keeps me coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 lights 7 weeks ago which were showing as ‘available for 24/48hr dispatch’ on their website, and they’re still showing that today. After a while I emailed to ask where the lights were and was told to read the COVID-19 information page on their website, and that the lights still hadn’t arrived with them (so they wasn’t in stock to start with). I read their COVID-19 page which recommended to add 5-7 days on all dispatch times. After 6 WEEKS of waiting I emailed asking for another update, and told them I would like to cancel my order if there are not here within the next week. Another week goes by and I’ve had no response at all, so I put a claim in with PayPal. A few hours later they accepted it and refunded my money without any message or email! The lights were clearly not getting shipping out any time soon, if at all! Terrible company.

Hi Dan,
I am very sorry for the poor service you received with your order. I can confirm that the product you ordered recently had a production issue and our manufacturer will not have the item available to order again until the 13th of July. We did not know of this issue at the time of your order and that is why it has taken so long for us to respond to you (we were waiting for the product to arrive with us as normal), our manufacturer had not informed us until we had to chase them for an update.
The COVID-19 information page that you were referred to was just to inform you of our recent delays on all orders although your order has been delayed past this it was to give an indication as to the situation we are in at the moment.
I have to admit fault here on behalf of our team, we should have kept communication open with you as regards to the order and refund, I had informed our sales team here that you wished to cancel the order as per your request via email on the 23rd of June, so they processed this for you.
I hope you can understand how difficult it has been for us to keep on top of things as of late, in terms of late shipments and having to chase manufacturers for updates, can you please remove the review, we had no intention of purposefully ignoring you and we had not been informed by our manufacturer of the issues with the particular product you ordered.
