Purchased 2 sets of outdoor lights ... the quality is fantastic, and so much better than the previous sets I've bought of Amazon. The products are also backed up by a great customer service team ... the service I received from Ciera was first rate.
Review of Shark Clean UK
Whilst product good when working, claiming through the 5 year guarantee an absolute joke. Part broke and was assured replacement would be sent out next day delivery. 11 days later, 5 calls and considerable frustration later still no part. Calls answered abroad, and no escalation process bar a ticket being raised. Will be buying elsewhere in future.
Review of Footlocker
Would never buy from Footlocker, however good value it appears as they simply take your money and dont deliver.
Ordered trainers, payment taken. Order did not arrive when scheduled. Have to date wasted several hours and then just hit a wall of zero communication from Customer Service. Only way to get money back is via a disputed transaction that will take a further hour to sort, and in the current circumstances, around 8-10 weeks to finalise.
To top it all, when they ask for a review and you detail the negative experience, the moderate it and state it cant appear on their website. This is totally wrong and misrepresenting the truly shocking service provided.
Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else!

All round great experience. The website is easy to navigate and get the info you need and book / pay for your appointment.
Technician contacted me to see if early appointment suited, which was great. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Actual performance remap is fantastic. Car now pulls as it should. No flat spots and pulls noticeably stronger in every gear above 2500rpm. For the money, it's a performance upgrade bargain.
Would not hesitate to use Remap Kings again and would recommend to anyone.
Review of Hermes parcels
They are appalling. Any issues and you cant contact them. The digital assistant simply dictates where the parcel is, but help. If they don't deliver (happened in 4 deliveries in 6), you are told to contact the retailer. This then takes about a week to sort. I only want to support local businesses, but if I see they use Hermes, unfortunately I will buy off Amazon as not worth the hassle. The sooner Hermes goes bust, the sooner shopping locally will become easier
