The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Explained all the features of the different chairs they showed us and then allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to make our choice.
The chair I chose is exactly what I wanted and at a great price, too.
Definitely recommend a visit to this showroom if you are looking for furniture that is tailored to your requirements.

Inappropriate substitution
I saw that you had an offer on for hardy perennials, and included were a couple of plants I specifically wanted. So ordered 3x10. When the plants arrived, the two that I had wanted, had been substituted with what I thought were poor substitutes, since they were no way similar to what I wanted. Very disappointed.

Very easy - all that you have to do is scan your items and pack all the accepted ones in a box. Select a suitable date for collection and that’s it - job done!
