Ordering was quick and hassle free uaing the website, but delivery took a long time in comparison.
The item I ordered, basically sat on a shelf in the warehouse for 4 days doing nothing, before being dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 48, which took another 3 days to arrive after waiting for the itwm to be dispatched.
Essentially, it took 7 days to receive the order using the Tracked 48 Royal Mail service with no Bank Holidays around time of order to explain this delay.
Would definitely benefit from speeding up the dispatch of items to customers, other than that, can't really fault the service.

"Lost" my parcel, despite "scanning it" at "every" area within the company.
Person I spoke to was a waste of time, providing incorrect, misleading, convoluted and irrelevant information.
I had to contain the sender, despite DPD notifying me that they (DPD) HAD IT! Just so the sender can contact them and ask where the "...." my parcel was! What can they (sender) do that I couldn't?!
Would avoid DPD like the current Corona outbreak, unless you want to spend 2 weeks in your house shitting yourself, feeling like death!
