Had a diamond cut wheel refurbished by the Edinburgh branch based at Broxburn. Excellent job, wheel looks like new and the service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be my first choice for any future repairs.

Terrible service, messaged about a fortnight ago regards slow speed, no reply, messaged about a week later, no reply, three days ago cancelled direct debit and messaged, no reply. Tried phoning but couldn’t get through. This company is useless, can’t meet their contractual responsibilities, charge for a service insurance that does nothing more than bump up your monthly cost. If you want slow speeds, zero customer service and a bill that inflates ridiculously in the space of a year, go with Onestream I can guarantee they will fulfill all three!

Even paying for membership, cost of membership and car hire was significantly cheaper than competitors car hire price. Nice touch was price tracker once booked.

Suddenly an excess of positive reviews today and Gravel Master actively disputing negative reviews on Trustpilot. However I implore any prospective customer of this company and it’s affiliates ( Local Stones Ltd, Aggregates’r’us and Vital Earth Sales Ltd) to spend your money elsewhere. I ordered a bulk bag of black basalt pebbles on the 9th of June, delivery given was the 22nd of June, however no delivery arrived, waited a few days and emailed Gravel Master, got a reply saying it had left their yard, gave it a few days but still no further news and it hadn’t moved at all on the delivery tracking. Today I phoned The Pallet Network who advised that Gravel Master hadn’t dispatched the order. So if you want missed delivery dates, lied to and very little chance of getting your purchased goods go a head and order from Gravel Master. Maybe also a bit cynical but suddenly within the last three hours or so every man and their dog seem to be posting positive reviews to bury the bad reviews!

In the middle of renovating the garden, it was refreshing to deal with Royale Stones, unlike many others who give delivery dates and don’t meet them, Royale Stones delivered exactly within their advertised timeframe. Professional company emailed to ask about stock levels, got a reply next morning at 4.30 am, confirming porcelain tiles in stock, ordered and delivered with no hassle, tiles were well bound on pallet and not a single tile was damaged. Once laid tiles were exactly as images on website. Many thanks to Gaurav and the team.
