Complaint
I got Fibrus installed on Monday it is now Friday evening and when I turn my TV on some times it comes on but mostly it says you have no internet connection.I was with BT for years with no problem, I spoke with an adviser to-day and he said he would try and fix the problem remotely. I was promised great service from Fibrus sadly this has not happened. I am 81 years old and live on my own and I really depend on TV.
