Highly recommend - great experience

I couldn’t have had a better experience. The day of my surgery was so well run, professionally & personally. I didn’t feel like a number, and really felt cared for. Thank you so much. I am also recovering exceptionally well which is testament to the great work of all involved.

Incredibly disappointing experience

Incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered my item 2 months ago and it was never delivered. The customer experience kept saying to wait 15 working days. After the 15 working days had elapsed, they apparently despatched it again telling me to wait another 15 working days. They also said they can't track my item. I have requested a refund now, hopefully don't have to wait another 15 working days for that! Terrible experience, will never order from this site again.

Charged for flowers never processed

Charged for flowers that were never processed. Yes I got a refund a few weeks later but really disappointing that I missed my friends birthday due to the fact they weren’t processed for some reason.
