Time Wasters and Poor Communication

My experience with Corptz has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I signed a loan agreement on March 8th, 2024, for a Parrot AI Drone, excited to try out their innovative product for a two-week trial. However, what followed was a series of delays and lack of communication that left me deeply dissatisfied.

The drone was initially scheduled to arrive on March 19th, 2024, but on the eve of its expected delivery, I reached out via email to confirm everything was on track, only to discover that there had been a problem and the delivery was pushed back to April 3rd, 2024, without any prior notification. This lack of proactive communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Despite my efforts to follow up via email and phone calls, I received no satisfactory response. Each unanswered email and promised call that never came only added to my frustration and disappointment with Corptz's customer service.

As a customer who purchased insurance for the drone hire, I expected better accountability and communication from Corptz. Instead, their failure to meet delivery commitments and address customer inquiries promptly has tarnished my experience with their company.

I urge others to proceed with caution when considering engaging with Corptz. The lack of reliability and poor customer service make them a company to avoid.

Scam website not real BSM??

Something up with this company. I booked 10 hours at £275 and assigned instructor Sonny Jayne. Sonny cancelled. I requested a new instructor twice and received no contact back. So went on live chat who said we have another instructor named, wait for it..."Sonny Jayne". But you paid £27.50 an hour and there cost is £32.50 an hour. So I have cancelled and they have said 5 days to wait to get my refund.

Do not honour the credit limits!

Rubbish, all these companies are owned under one roof.
Promised £200 credit limit, so I order new clothes for University.
Go to look into the account and all items have been cancelled, no explanation.
They are all managed by the same holding company, most probably to avoid paying higher taxes.
Greed!

Used to really like LiveScoreBet.
The last few withdrawals are taking an age to receive though.
If they do what some betting sites do and ask me for photos holding my ID again though I will be going elsewhere.
These verifications the betting sites say the banks require are mor like an evasion of privacy tbh.

Backhanded Company Offering Nothing

Have you ever searched for a loan to end up on a credit searching companies page trying to sign you up to a monthly subscription.
That is because they signed an algorithm to collect the traffic from credit brokers.
You will not get a loan from them; all you will get is money disappear from your bank account. Which will take valuable time to get back.
Credit Engine is unfortunately one of these backhanders.

Customer Service Have No Responsility

The slowest customer services is the UK.
I topped 8 times and only 6 are showing on my meter.
Waited over an hour several times on the phone and still not been able to talk to anyone.
Wrote several emails and finally got a response.
After that it has been 1 line replies every two days and I still have not had my issue corrected.
Seriously thinking about moving my electric account to another provider.

Still my issue is not sorted. I got my refund from my bank but still cannot top up my meter, it keeps sayoing top up rejected.
So I now missing a £50 top up.
The customer service here is absaolutely clueless.

Everytime I email 4 days later I receive a reply saying "I can see you've already spoken to us since sending this email".
Which is not the case and was quite clear in the emails I send

I cannot sit here all day on hold.

Do yourselves a favour and choose another energy provider.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Last 5 magic bags have been cancelled because there was not enough food waste.
2 OneStop Butts Road Southampton.
2 Co-Op Warburton Road, Southampton.
And the latest when I have wasted petroplk getting to this OneStop in Lowford, Southampton they say. Oh no sorry we haven't got any waste today. I can cancel on the app if you like.

Also the one bag I did get before this 5 was absolut rubbish. About £10 worth of food and when I contacted customer support about they just chucked outr a script at me.

Worst signal I had to leave.

Worst signal I had to leave.
Then they try charging me £400 for a SIM only contract I will not use.
More to the point I couldn't use because whenever someone called me they coudn't hear me.
No it is not my phone.
It is your useless service THREE!!

Same Day Payment Not True

Overall Music Magpie offer a good service. My only complaint is the email you receive about same day payment.
This is I feel is totally crooked as Royal Mail say it has been delivered but Music Magpie say that does not meen they have received it yet.
Royal Mail have it at there warehouse and it has yet to reach Music Magpies warehouse.
There is no where for you to know this information, only the Royal Mail tracking you receive.
It has been over 24 hours since my order 7694878 was 'delivered' by Royal Mail and Music Magpie still saying 'waiting for your order'.

I do not think I would mind the wait so much if I didn't get that 'same day payment' message all the time!

From previous sells I know the payment is not into your bank account till the next day after they send it anyway.

Notice is not worth Noticing

Giving you 1 star because you send me emails and they cannot be read by Microsoft email app.
Very annoying.
Also going on about usage alert. Never have I gone over and whatever happened to the roll over pages. They seem to have disappeared.
Overall this service is starting to get right on my nerves.

Disgusting way to treat customers

Cannot talk to anyone anymore, just automated BS. Trying to take Direct Debit before due date because of bank holidays. Now chucking on charges as it was not paid.
The broadband is mediocre at best.

Privatise it!

Shambolic organisation, unsupportive and full of unhelpful secretaries.
No male doctors and the females speak down to you like you are the one with an unpleasant attitude.
Maybe privatisation is the only forward for this failing company.
I could go on and on with the issues I receive but I have lost all care. I feel drained about even writing a bad review for them as you know you know the only person who can do anything about it is a laughing jackal.

Hopefully I am now at an End

I tried to cancel this but it was a long drawn out process so I left it. I cancelled my card in the end but somehow this company still managed to continue billing me on my new card.
If you haven't got money on your card it just keeps trying day after day, week after week until they get money for another delivery. unless you cancel.
