Time Wasters and Poor Communication
My experience with Corptz has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I signed a loan agreement on March 8th, 2024, for a Parrot AI Drone, excited to try out their innovative product for a two-week trial. However, what followed was a series of delays and lack of communication that left me deeply dissatisfied.
The drone was initially scheduled to arrive on March 19th, 2024, but on the eve of its expected delivery, I reached out via email to confirm everything was on track, only to discover that there had been a problem and the delivery was pushed back to April 3rd, 2024, without any prior notification. This lack of proactive communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Despite my efforts to follow up via email and phone calls, I received no satisfactory response. Each unanswered email and promised call that never came only added to my frustration and disappointment with Corptz's customer service.
As a customer who purchased insurance for the drone hire, I expected better accountability and communication from Corptz. Instead, their failure to meet delivery commitments and address customer inquiries promptly has tarnished my experience with their company.
I urge others to proceed with caution when considering engaging with Corptz. The lack of reliability and poor customer service make them a company to avoid.
