Accidentally found myself in the David's Bridal shop in Birmingham, Vaishali and Karen were so helpful and friendly. I hadn't planned on getting my dress that day and was short on time but they were so accommodating. Such a positive experience and I absolutely love my dress.

Once our case was taken over by Jamie Shemeld we could not fault the service we recieved, it was a shame that Jamie did not have our case from the beginning. Jamie was very professional and efficient. He kept us upto date and always responded promptly to any questions we had (I had a lot as we haven't sold and moved house before) and he explained processes in an understandable way, he was also very reasurring when things went a little not so straightforward towards the end (due to issues with banks) infact he took on extra work to help resolve the issue which allowed us to move on our chosen day. We are not planning on moving for a long while now but if we did we would have no hesitation in using O'Neill Patient again, although would definitely be requesting that Jamie dealt with our case.
