Staff are very organised and frequently catching up to know of your child's progress and to discuss with you what areas they believe your child would need to be focusing on. The lessons are then tailored to meet your child's needs.
Also, the views of the children are also considered as they are also spoken when staff call to provide update of the child's progress and their views and what areas they would need more support are factored in the next set of lessons.

I am sorry to hear of the issues experienced.
Orders placed on UK Standard delivery are despatched via Royal Mail and usually delivered within 3-5 working days. We are required to allow 15 working days for Royal Mail to deliver & lapse before the order can be classed as lost in transit after which we will either refund or replace the order.
Deliveries by Royal Mail have been impacted by Covid-19.
