Situation has been rectified after 3 months in which I had no replies from them. Since I've had no other option but to write a review they've now refunded me what I was owed.
I've been ordering since covid & everything was always perfect except this time. Received my order last Thurday & 2 items missing. Have sent 3 emails & no reply from any of them. Have rang different times & no one answering the phone. Shocking way to do do business. I know the 2 items were small but it's the principle that counts. Very disappointed. Mary Quail
