I've been ordering since covid & everything was always perfect except this time. Received my order last Thurday & 2 items missing. Have sent 3 emails & no reply from any of them. Have rang different times & no one answering the phone. Shocking way to do do business. I know the 2 items were small but it's the principle that counts. Very disappointed. Mary Quail

Import duty/ tax of €24.30 I had to pay extra on top of the price of the Cuisinart sandwich maker leaving it so expensive. I didn't realise I had to pay this but living in Ireland I'd no choice. If I'd known I wouldn't have ordered so can't order anymore from Lakeland. Took the whole good out of it.

Fast & efficient service. I ordered on a Wednesday night & received my order before dinner time on Friday. Also very well packed. First time to order from this company & will certainly be ordering again. Price was also cheaper than other companies so very happy.

I was looking for cheap laptop from Harvey Norman & Paul was very efficient & helpful.

Terrific service as always & everything packed to perfection. However the prices & delivery charges have increased significantly since I last ordered in January. For the amount I spent I've got very little to show for it. BCS is a great company but I think Brexit has ruined it for them.

Paul b was very helpful & as Harvry Norman courier doesn't take away old products he sent me map of recycling centres near me.

This is a fabulous company & the best I've ever ordered from. The packaging is just out of this world & everything is just packed to perfection. There's bubblewrap all around inside of the box & covering the items which are also so well wrapped. I put in big order week before last & it came last week & so delighted with everything. Can't praise B C S enough & if there's a problem they go out of their way to help you. Have been ordering from them for a year now & they just go above & beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

British Corner Shop is absolutely brilliant & the best company I've ever ordered from. My order came very quickly but what stands out most for me is how well everything is packed from the strong sturdy box to even the smallest item inside. So much care & attention is given to the packing & even the little card with it. Have ordered few times now & top marks every time. Look forward to placing another order soon & keep up the good work. Absolutely fantastic service & had my order within few days. Everything well packed. Only problem was all didn't come on one day & can be nuisance if you're working & have to take off. Anyhow it's nothing major & can overcome this. Will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely best company I've ever ordered from. The box was strong & sturdy & everything inside was packed to perfection. There was bubble wrap all round inside the box & every item packed securely.
