I am a long standing frequent client. I am now 84 with family in Australia. I purchased a Multi trip insurance policy on line for my Christmas trip,as it seemed good value, only to find on receipt of the policy document that the max length of any individual trip covered under it was not sufficient for my already booked and disclosed family Australian visit. This had not been apparent when booking the on line Multi policy I had to cancel it and take out a new Single Visit policy. I am very deaf so prefer to book on line. I was unable to access a Quote for a new Single Visit but was directed to use the telephone. Some of the questions are hard to answer accurately on line and, being deaf, hard to hear on the phone, but the Agent who took my call was very patient and helpful, repeating the questions slowly and understood my difficulty and I eventually obtained a Single visit policy.

Despite problems with their computer - not recognising passwords etc, the agent was helpful and constructive. As an elderly lady with a few medial conditions one of which is being a bit deaf, she spoke slowly clearly and concisely and was very patient - which other insurance companies consulted for a similar quote, most certainly were not.
Most of the work was completed on line. Some of the medical questions could be more clearly drafted. There is no room for any explanation. Use of the words 'ever had' means I ticked the box for something which happened over 40 years ago.

The installers of my new fridge dripped dirty rusty water over my carpet and despite receiving photographs and accepting the damage it has not been repaired. Apart from an initial telephone conversation it has been impossible to make contact with them.
