7 Cups - not LGBTQ+/MOGII supportive, like they use to be

7 Cups is no longer reliable for LGBTQ+/MOGII persons, as the platform discontinued their 24/7 chatroom support, no longer include/mention LGBTQ+/MOGII (option) in their surveys/feedback(options). There is no option of 'Other' in GR, surveys, feedback. EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING) is 'tailored' now, to what the platform will accept (USA-based, faith(ish) - not directly stated within form h bio..). So, fellow LGBTQ+/MOGII people - tread VERY carefully, when visiting this site. L
*PS. Although the date says Sept30/24, ot id only because it was the only wsy to be able to post. I picked tbid date, as it was tbe time I resd/ecperienced 'things' changing at 7 Cups.

Initially

Initially, was contacted that my online contacts order was on back order by 3 - 4 weeks. However, the order came within 2 weeks of ordering. What a great surprise! Great, prompt service & communication.

Ordering the contacts I needed

Ordering the contacts I needed, online, was quick and easy. After receiving the products, I realized I had made an error for one of the prescriptions, I contacted customer service. They were very helpful to assist me to return the incorrect product and order the correct one. Delivery time was reasonable (given COVID precautions). I am pleased with my contacts and the service Clearly provided. Will be ordering from them again.
