Late delivery

I paid for next day delivery and ensured this was completed before the 4pm deadline however, my gift still arrived a day late. Very disappointing.

I completely understand how disappointing that must be, especially if it was intended for a special occasion.

Your parcel was sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, which is a fully tracked option and typically very reliable. While the majority of parcels (around 95%) do arrive on the estimated delivery date, there can occasionally be slight delays within the Royal Mail network that are unfortunately outside of our control.

To help manage expectations, we do include the following information at checkout:
"Sent with Royal Mail tracked. Fully tracked service. 95% arrive on estimated delivery date, remaining 5% delivered next day. For guaranteed delivery, select premium courier. Available for delivery Monday–Sunday."

Most of the time, delays are short-lived and parcels arrive the following working day, as I can see your order was.

Missing order

Had an order with Superdru which went missing somehow. Spoke to Jake and was asked to fill out a form and email to them, heard nothing for another week. Then spoke to Millie who just arranged a new order to be sent as a replacement straight away, much more helpful.
