Good company - great customer service

Got recommended to me by a plumber; Heat & Plumb didn’t disappoint. Free delivery & the best customer service I’ve seen. I had an issue multiple times with what I had ordered, no fault of Heat & Plumb but Anna in their Customer service department did everything she could to sort it out. Will definitely use again.. Highly recommend…

Faultless visit - contact lens check up

Went in to Vision Express, Waterside, Lincoln, for a contact lens check up - staff very professional & friendly, got seen straight away & check up very thorough. Cannot fault the visit in any way. Great customer experience.

Great chair - arrived damaged but customer support helped

The chair itself is great, it just arrived with a couple of broken plastic parts. These weren't in stock so I was told they would be sent when back in stock. I've heard nothing since....
I have now received one of the broken parts 7 await the other. Cannot fault the excellent customer service.
