Avoid!! I was sucked in by a Facebook ad. Ordered product not realising it was coming from China. When it did eventually arrive, it was broken so I asked for a refund. I've had to open a case through PayPal and awaiting a decision as company are being ridiculously difficult. No customer service whatsoever! Won't be making that mistake again! Wish I'd looked them up on here first, I usually do!!

I don't usually write reviews for beauty products but I feel I have to in this instance. I suffer from dry sensitive skin, psoriasis and rosacea, that on top of 53 yr old fine lines, threatening wrinkles and not having slept properly since 2002, I looked like I'd died 10 years ago. Years of looking dry and cakey after another failed foundation buy. Saw ads for Laura Geller on FB so decided to treat myself but prepared for another expensive disappointment.
My Best of the Best kit arrived in Porcelain and I immediately tried it. It was as if a choir of angels had appeared in parted clouds! With just a few brush strokes of the baked brightening powder, my redness had been completely covered! After using the rest of the kit with highlighter, blush, bronzer and eyeshadow, not only did my skin look like skin but it looked healthy, radiant and awake! And it lasted all day! No more layers of cakey oxidising foundation ! Yes it seems more expensive but it actually works out good value as a kit. I made another purchase a week later for Spackle hydrate! I'm completely in love with Laura Geller products now and will treat myself again. But the baked brightening foundation will be a permanent item in my makeup bag now. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

I'm a new customer after seeing ads on Facebook and having friends try their products. I placed an order and on delivery, found I was missing half my order and also that the samples had leaked inside the packaging. This was obviously disappointing and I was also not very hopeful of the issue being rectified. After emailing Tallow and Ash explaining the problem, I had an email back. The problem was rectified without quibble. As a customer, you understand when mistakes are made, it's only human but the difference between a good business and not so good is how they handle that mistake. I've been impressed by T&A customer service and as a first time customer, that's a very important first impression! I can't wait to try their products now and to find a favourite. I won't be worried about placing another order in time. Thank you Tallow and Ash!

I've been a loyal Cosy customer since 2020 . It's true that quality did fall significantly during 2024. New owners took on a huge challenge and have asked customers for their feedback, which has been constructively brutal at times. But Cosy have listened! November VIP has been a triumph! Highly scented and fabulous scent throws in generous sizes and new packaging! Could smell them in the box when they were delivered! I'm in no doubt that Cosy are making a triumphant comeback and i for one am very excited! What has never changed is the fabulous customer service. That has always been on point! The Cosy team work extremely hard from start to finish and are always there to help with any rare problems that may arise, usually sorting the problem within hours! There is also an amazing Cosy community on Facebook. Strangers become friends for life!
So thank you Cosy for listening to your customers. I am positive that the end of 2024 and 2025 onwards will huge!

I know I'm buying quality with each order and my home has never smelt so good! Once you've tried Cosy, you'll go back time and again! It's a gorgeous addiction to have!

I've been a Cosy customer for nearly 4 years and I've seen this company expand from wax melts to newer products such as room sprays, bath and body products and carpet fresheners. I initially found Cosy due to being extremely disappointed with inferior products from well known companies. I was immediately impressed with the high quality of wax melts. Since then, Cosy have continued to strive for perfection in everything they produce whilst keeping the customer at the forefront. Cosy are my 'go to' for long lasting, highly scented home fragrance as I know that I'll be receiving products that have been strenuously tested for quality. Highly recommended!

After purchasing chub rub shorts, I decided to order footless tights. The products themselves are extremely comfortable, soft and breathable. I was very happy with the quality and I'm thinking of future orders. The only issue I have with Snag is the delivery times. The chub rub shorts were pre order and took 4 weeks to arrive. Being pre order, I accepted this timeframe. The footless tights were an ' in stock ' item according to the website with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. 10 days after placing the order, I hadn't received any confirmation of dispatch so I contacted snag and politely asked for an update. The reply which was apologetic, blamed covid, stock issues etc. A couple of hours after receiving the reply, my item was dispatched. I had a feeling that perhaps my order had been 'overlooked' as I received them quite promptly after asking for an update.
The products themselves I would recommend highly. Snag have obviously worked hard building their business and products. This success has perhaps caught them by surprise which is causing delivery and stock issues. If they could work on that, Snag would definitely be my 'go to' for comfortable and well fitting tights. It's just the delivery times that are sadly letting an otherwise great business down a little in my opinion. I hope with improvements to this, Snag continues to grow. I wish them well for the future.

High quality, highly scented wax melts which actually last are a rarity but Cosy have nailed it!
