Stuck in transit for Father’s Day. Nothing they can do

I ordered a man crate on May 6th. I scheduled it to be delivered this week since it would be hard to store and hide from my husband for Father’s Day. It was shipped out on June 12th and expected delivery for June 18th. It will not arrive until June 23rd. Defeats the purpose of giving this as a gift for Father’s Day. The customer service rep I spoke to was lovely but could only give me 20% off (their current promo). Since the product is sold out they can’t even resend a new one. I had to cancel my order. Super disappointed in this company. Especially since I was proactive in ordering back in early May.

So sorry to hear about your order! I've looked into your order and your contact with us and am disappointed to see that there was an unavoidable delay caused by our shipping carrier. We'd love to deliver all of our products by hand, especially when such important days are on the line, but we're unable to. Unfortunately delays do happen while packages are in transit, and when those unavoidable delays happen we do our best to try and help make things better. We feel awful that your order was delayed in shipment, which is why we offered to refund the cost of shipping, plus 20% off of the cost of the items on your order, which (including the discount applied to your order when you checked out) would have equalled 40% back on the cost of your order. I'm glad to see that we also did work with you to try and get you a free product we had in stock in time for Father's Day, but see that there was nothing that fit the bill that you were able to find.
