Complete Lack of Service & Management…
Complete Lack of Service & Management Indifference
My experience with Porsche Glasgow has unfortunately been consistently underwhelming, culminating in the recent purchase of my wife's Taycan. What should have been a premium journey has been a masterclass in poor communication and needless complexity.
The issues began during the sales process, then shortly after purchase and most recently the most telling example is the completely farcical attempt to get my initial deposit refunded. I was assured the refund would be straightforward. Instead, a few weeks passed, forcing us to chase them on multiple occasions.
Their solution was absurd: they refused to refund me directly back to my credit card and insisted on a convoluted process where the money was sent to my wife for her to then transfer to me. This unnecessary hassle is a direct result of their internal disorganisation and shifts the burden of their incompetence onto the customer.
To cap it all off, I formally escalated these issues in a detailed email which was passed to dealership management on June 10th. It is now June 18th, and I have been met with complete and utter silence. No acknowledgement, no apology, and no attempt at resolution - this is what has prompted this review.
This silence from management speaks volumes. It confirms the poor service isn't just a series of isolated mistakes, but a reflection of the culture at Porsche Glasgow. They simply do not value their customers. If you expect service that matches the price tag, look elsewhere. I honestly wish I could give zero stars.
