Terrible service, they never pick up the phone when you call, it's always busy, and when you come there are no people, you have to wait for the employees to eat their snacks, to accept you and fix what you need, you don't understand why so many people are sitting there if they can't do their job ,awful service

Please use the below to use your credit;

When you next go to make an order, if applicable there will be a tick box that prompts you to “Use my XX credit for this purchase” underneath the order summary. Once this box is ticked, the order total will refresh, taking your credit off the total amount. You then process the order as you usually would and the credit will be used. Please note for security purposes you will still need to enter a payment method – you will not be charged if you have enough credit to cover the cost of the order. (If there is no option to tick the box then unfortunately the deal in question does not accept credit as payment)
