The staff are really friendly and welcoming. This was our third time at this clinic. We had an early scan, where the stenographer was reassuring, supportive and professional. The second time was at 16 weeks for a gender scan. The clinic was really busy as it was a Saturday and they were running late. Despite this, the stenographer did everything she could to determine what we were having but unfortunately couldn't get an answer she was confident with. We really appreciated her efforts, she didn't rush or fob us off but instead booked in a rescan. We came back 10 days later and managed to get an answer. Each visit we saw a different stenographer, but each one was professional, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you're shy, anxiety or nervous. You will be in safe hands
