I have reviewed this company before and…

I have reviewed this company before and I am still fighting to get a refund since April. They have stated I can have a refund and admitted the goods were substandard! They said they have paid me my refund, but to date, it has not been received into my bank. I have now got in touch with a solicitor/Trading Standards UK/Citizens Advice, so hopefully this company will be stopped from conning people out of their money in the UK. They will reply apologising and they understand but its all a front, a scam! Do not waste your money!

Jesse London should be called Jesse…

Jesse London should be called Jesse China! so forget about the London Bus on their site. It took 21 days for the item to arrive & when it did they sent the wrong size. Despite they say get your money back in 30 days, that is also untrue. They do not want anything sent back and you may get 10% in one of their shopping vouchers. Barge Pole comes to mind so don't waste your money!

Rip off company Do Not Purchase!

I have recently purchase a dress from this company. My normal size is UK18 but deceided to order XL size 20 to make sure it would fit! When it eventually arrived the size they state on their site is not even a size 18. I have had many emails with company & they even directed me to their site and the returns/refund page where they state there is a 30 day guarantee refund if you return the garment. This is not true! they lie! They have offered me a percentage refund but I just want to return it and get my full refund. I only wished I had read these terrible reviews before parting with my money BUYERS BEWARE!

Still no response and they have taken money from me

I have left many reviews about this company! The last said blah blah same old! sorry about your experience and please do get in touch with us using the email address they supply However I have replied to their many many emails of sorry only to met with nothing. I ordered in MAY! They have still not responded with a solution, in fact they respond once asking for me to reply to their questions which obviously I do & then nothing! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Despite my leaving a review & updates…

Despite my leaving a review & updates from such a dreadful company to deal with they have not addressed my complaint, even though they say contact us on an email they have not responded at all. I have left 3 updated reviews and sent 7 emails but they have a deaf ears! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am £60 out of pocket!!
I have today tried to phone the number on their site but it was not possible to connect 02038072277 they also do not respond to emails. I can't stress enough if you don't want to be relieved of your hard earnt cash DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
So this is the reply from Couture Moda (It is the same reply I have had for the many emails I have sent & nothing more arrives)

DREADFUL COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Despite Couture Moda replying to my original post to contact them and they would assist.
I have now sent 5 emails replying to them as requested by them FROM MY REVIEW! none of which has been responded to!!
I am left with 2 garments of different sizes (but they are the same size and one is a less superior fabric) which I have paid for that I am unable to wear.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE WARN YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS NOT TO PURCHASE EITHER.
To confirm I have done as they asked and sent to the email advice & guess what the mail delivery service sent it back to me so I am no further forward!! Perhaps they could give me a telephone number? or an email that will be received by them?? VERY FRUSTRATING !
TO DATE I HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE SAID CONTACT THEM. I HAVE BUT FALLING ON DEAF EARS!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
It is now over 1 month without any response from this company!

Not able to get to speak to a human

Despite trying all the numbers given to help with several issues. I am unable to get past the non-human response. I have issues with a fault & being charged more than I agreed & not able to get an answer about if my digital service has a power outage and living in an area where the mobile phone signal is very poor how do I call emergency services

Over promised and under delivered!

It took ages to arrive! I ordered the wrong size 2XL (my fault) I contacted the company who told me I could give the garment away & not send it back to them. They said they have a policy of only giving back a voucher for 50% of the cost.
I proceeded to order the same item in a 3XL, again arrived ages after purchasing. When it arrived the size was the same but smaller across the bust, the cloth was cotton and not Linen/cotton and the colour was different. I emailed this company and they said they can't offer me anything. I am now left with 2 garments I can't use. I offered to send them both back. Do not order from this company unless you want to be disappointed.
DESPITE COUTURE MODA RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. I RESENT THEM AN EMAIL BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED!

Ninthavenue UK /Homeloft UK belong to…

Ninthavenue UK /Homeloft UK belong to Headrush Venture PVT Ltd in India.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE COMPANIES!
Long delays (3 months) no refund yet! They say their UK Registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street London WC2H 9JQ but this is a company called 1st Formations who do not know them! All telephone numbers go to an answer machine to tell you to email. All emails are generic. They say UPS is their courier service but they send via UK Post and you have to pay further charges even thought you have already paid for shipping charges! There are many people purchasing their goods every few minutes through their websites! (poor them!) I'm currently speaking to Action Fraud UK/Citizens advice/ BBC Watchdog. I have many emails addresses for them the latest is from one of their distribution agents in the USA. Ninthavenue telephone number is from Aldershot and their provider is Gamma Telecoms in Newbury. I placed an order on 20th April

I placed an order on 20th April! I paid £103 I have not received anything yet. I cancelled my order which they accepted but told me I have to wait for the order to be delivered by UPS courier service. Then I have to refuse the order and I will get my refund? I have just received notification from the Post Office for me to pay another £13.50 to have it delivered so no way of refusing delivery to get my refund? I have asked for a return address? No address? The telephone number is on constant message service. I am now going down a legal route to get my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I THINK THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
