I was a little worried before ordering that because of the amazing sale price in comparison to the size and quality of the product, that it was too good to be true. I took a risk and ordered it for my new place anyway, and I’m so happy that I did! I’m still so shocked at how quickly the sofa arrived, how professional the delivery team were, how gorgeous the sofa itself is and how many people you can fit on it. For a sofa of this quality, size, and ‘looks’, £599 is an extremely good price to pay. Thank you HomeDetail, I’m very proud of my new purchase and I will be recommending to my family and friends!

Please, don’t believe the ‘positive’ reviews sucking up to this company, they probably work for Doomsday and have been paid to paint them in a good light amidst the terrible reviews they have been sent lately. I placed an order of 1 PRODUCT with them 2 MONTHS AGO and it only just arrived today. I sent them an email a few weeks ago politely asking for an update on my order as they did not reach out to me or communicate with me at all to let me know that my order was delayed. I asked them when I could expect my order to arrive as I’m due to move out of the property that I wanted the order delivered to soon and was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. They explained that due to the pandemic, orders had been delayed and they were short staffed - I completely understood, appreciated and acknowledged this. They told me about 3 weeks in that they would throw some free stuff in my order to apologise for the delay and to thank me for being patient - I didn’t receive anything. I received an email stating that my order would arrive yesterday, so I made amendments to my day to ensure I was in to collect it - that was also late. The product is of mediocre quality and was not worth the wait at all. Highly disappointed as I’ve been a fan of Doomsday and their work in the past, but now I’m going to avoid them like the plague. Sorry.
