Really disappointed with my experience at Vue Cinemas. I had a gift card which I wasn’t aware expired after just 12 months, and unfortunately it ran out before I could use it. When I contacted Vue, they refused to extend or offer any goodwill — despite it being money already paid for. It feels unfair and leaves a bad taste for what should be an enjoyable treat. A little flexibility would have gone a long way.
For a huge company what is the harm as most screens are only half full anyway!!

I went into store to look for some new boots for a trip in September. I needed to make sure I got some comfortable hard wearing boots as it is a three day trek. I explained my trip to the assistant Holly who was more than helpful. I had to try it on many different brands and sizes to get the right fit she was patient helpful obliging and patient with me, I really could not have done this without help and she found the perfect pair of boots in the end. She was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I will be back to buy the rest of my trip essentials next payday. :-) I have not had such great customer service in a long long time Holly deserves some special recognition for her efforts yesterday xx
